All Blessings To Impart

¹“He lives all blessings to impart” (Samuel Medley, “I Know That My Redeemer Lives”). The thing that I like about the word “impart” in this phrase is that it forms a part of the word “impartial.” Although each of us is given a unique set of advantages and disadvantages, talents and weaknesses, blessings and challenges, nevertheless, Jesus Christ is impartial in imparting all blessings to each and every one of us. To those who struggle with illnesses, injuries, and disabilities, Jesus will impart all the blessings of health. To those who struggle with addiction, all joy will be imparted. To those who struggle with addiction, all agency will be imparted. To those who struggle with fear and doubt, all faith will be imparted. To those who mourn, all comfort will be imparted. To those who stagger under heavy burdens, all strength will be imparted. To those who have lost, or have not yet found, loved ones, all the blessings of eternal families will be imparted. If we well come unto Jesus and follow and serve and rely upon Him with all of our heart, might, mind and strength, everything that we have waited for and not yet received, everything that has been broken and so far has not been mended, everything that has gone wrong and has not yet been made right, all of these blessings and more will be imparted to us thanks to the grace and the mercy and the goodness of our Savior Jesus Christ.
